Above $250,001 to $1,000,000 in costs of assets
- If you pay the lump sum amount $1,000 each year, you get 12 months of service, for the cost of 11 months for each form or account.
- Services included:
- Analysis and filing of returns, discussions with county officials, and desk audits with clients via phone or Zoom type calls.
- We can cover Board Hearing appeals when warranted and necessary, but travel and hourly expenses ($100 per hour, 4-hour minimum charge, plus travel expenses) for clients will occur.
- In addition, this rate plus travel expenses applies to each on-site audit conducted at client locations, or any extraordinary due diligence or auditing types of work conducted. It will be billed separately via an email-invoice and due immediately upon receipt.
- $200 per hour fee occurs with a minimum of 2-hours of service applied per account each tax year. Thus, the total to pay will be $400 at a minimum.
